Please provide Us with your estimated arrival and departure times in advance. Check-in is typically from 1pm, and Check-out is before 11am. However, we can be flexible based on availability, so please let Us know if you need any adjustments.

The Wi-Fi is already connected to all the smart TVs. If you’d like to connect your personal devices at an extra charge, contact the admin.

You are entitled to free refund if your cancellation is less than 24 hours after payment AND more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in. Cancellations that don’t fit this requirement is subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total booking sum.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The balconies are Our designated smoking spots, or you can smoke outside. Also, be sure to dispose your cigarette butts responsibly.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise and parties are not permitted, except if booked for in advance.

The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 people per bed. Additional overnight guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Violation of this rule may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure that you lock your room when you leave and keep valuable belongings secure.

Fighting and causing a scene is highly frowned upon. Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, are also strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and may involve legal action.

Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. Guests are not allowed to sleep on any shared space(s). Please use all appliances, utilities, and facilities in the apartment responsibly.
Ensure that you turn off lights, air conditioning, heating, and other devices when not in use to conserve energy.

Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages that occur during their stay. Please report any accidents or issues to us immediately so that we can address them promptly. Damage may result in loss of caution fee or additional charges where applicable.

It is strictly prohibited to not have a pleasant stay with Us. Please don’t hesitate to contact the in-house manager if you need anything to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable.

On the street opposite this lies an NNPC fuel station, with a mall and 3 restaurants in it. Other places around include the Grand Pela Hotel (with a paid public pool, gym and restaurant), and Keje Grill garden. Have fun!
